What this service is

Ventsedor Hub is a private, internal reporting tool used only by its owner to view marketing and operations data for the owner's own businesses. It is not offered to the public and has no customer accounts. Access requires an approved sign-in.

Data we access

When the owner connects a Google account, the Hub requests read access to that account's own data in:

• Google Ads (campaign, ad group, keyword and search-term performance)
• Google Analytics (website traffic reports)
• Google Search Console (search performance for the owner's sites)
• Google Business Profile (listing performance and reviews)

Changes to advertising settings are made only after explicit approval by the owner inside the Hub.

How data is used and stored

• Data is used only to show reports and alerts to the owner.
• Reports are stored in a private database on Cloudflare. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted.
• Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
• Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all syncing; stored tokens and reports are deleted on request.
